It is possible that the setting for paper size selection in pCon.planner gets in conflict with the plotter’s paper selection settings.

When planning, you use many dialogs – both free-floating and docked (a non-movable part of the program interface). In the case of free-floating windows, they may disappear for 2 reasons:
Backup files ensure that your plans are not lost should pCon.planner crash.
pCon.planner automatically creates a backup file for your current plan – as long as you haven’t disabled this option in the Program Settings. We recommend leaving the automatic creation of backup files enabled.
When printing view ports in the Layout area and in Print Preview, the High Quality Printing option is enabled by default. A mixed process is used for printing: visible lines, edges, dots, hatching and fonts are based on vectors. With vector printing, these elements remain sharp, even when greatly enlarged. Colors and textures are printed as images.
